Alfred died intestate. An Application for Letters of Administration on the Estate of Alfred Laurence Pearson, Jr. [III] dated 16 Jan 1930 said Alfred was "late of Mt. Lebanon" and that he died at the Homeopathic Hospital on 30 Oct 1929 at 6 PM. His personal estate was valued at $100. His real estate was valued at "none." The paper also said Alfred L. Pearson, his father, died 23 Nov 1929. His mother, Frances C. Pearson, was shown as having the address 117 Standish Boulevard in Mt. Lebanon. Other kin were John C. Pearson of unknown address and Betty Pearson Beck of Standish Boulevard.
