Very neat, at age 59, found him widowed and living with his aunt Isabel Burton (st. germain) in Montana in a 1920 census. She says her nephew is living with her. In the US he is using the name John (Jean is french for John). He is french speaking. He's working as a laborer. He immigrates to US and is found on a US Indian Census living at Fort Peck with his family.

Jean married Rosalie or Rosaline Fagnant. (Rosalie or Rosaline Fagnant was born in 1870.)
