It shows Martin married to her in 1920 and 1930. Birthdates are from census records. Older census records say birthdate is 1872 instead of 1876 or 1877. Her marriage document shows a birthyear of 1970.

I do not know when she died or if she remarried - the last name Ball was mentioned on the Rootsweb site. She is Indian and white. She does not know who her mother is.

Janette married Martin Mitchell, son of Joseph aka Dave or David Indian name: Bloody Knife Mitchell and Isabelle St. Germain, on 3 Dec 1917 in County of Cascade. (Martin Mitchell was born on 9 Jan 1870 in Fort Belknap, MT near the little porcupine creek and died on 17 Jun 1942 in Montana.). The cause of his death was Cerebral hemorrhage which developed into a paralytic stroke.

Janette next married John Ball on 14 Jul 1902 in County of Cascade, MT. (John Ball was born in 1877 in Canada.)
